No. Prices shown are net of Irish VAT (currently 23% for professional services). Irish-registered clients will be invoiced with VAT added. EU clients outside Ireland should provide their VAT number at onboarding to apply the reverse-charge mechanism.
Yes. The Foundation audit fee is credited in full against a Growth or Full Factory engagement if you upgrade within 60 days of the audit report delivery. This makes Foundation a zero-risk way to verify the opportunity before committing to a larger build.
For Growth and Full Factory tiers, we split payment into three milestones: 40% at project start, 40% at mid-point delivery review, and 20% at final sign-off. This keeps cashflow predictable on both sides without requiring full upfront commitment.
Third-party software licences (your CMS, project management tool, Looker Studio connector fees) are not included. We'll specify the exact tool stack and any associated costs during scoping so there are no surprises in your budget.
